Our Story

What would your organization look like if everyone felt safe enough to be themselves each day?

How productive would each employee be if they knew they were accepted, understood, and supported for being their true selves at the workplace?

How would parents of LGBTQ+ kids show up if they knew that their place of employment not only has their back but also, their child's back?

Enter the AllyBridgeConnection program, designed to help companies like yours create and maintain psychologically and physically safe spaces for parents of LGBTQ+ kids.

After witnessing and experiencing non-stop attacks by the government and society, and experiencing backlash and bullying from close family members, Dr. Lulu decided to help companies and employers support parents who are caught in the crossfire for loving and affirming their LGBTQ+ children.

Join us on our mission to build supportive bridges for families of LGBTQ+ kids, one affirming business at a time.
